Saw product on line and ordered 4 doors thru Hone Depot ,all revievs I read said doors came damaged but I needed doors fast so I took a chance.When doors came I went to the Jupiter store to pickup,whe I saw the doors they had more cardboard than door protecting them,I was impressed that the manfacturer took great care to protect their product.When I got them home and unpackaged them i noticed styrofoam corners as an additional precaution from the manfacturer,but of the 4 doors I recieved 3 were damaged and from what I could see it was because of negligence at Home Depot because the damage was on the ends as if they were dropped onto the delivery cart and repeatedly hit the corner of the cart causing large dents and gashes to the sides of the doors.The manfacturer took great care to protect the doors so Im convinced that this happened after they were recieved at Home Depot .I would have returned them but it was a time issue and I needed them now I repaired the damage luckily the doors were being painted ,as a contractor if this was a customers house I would have had to return them which would have cost me time which is money,so next time I will be hard pressed to order special order products from Home Depot in Jupiter All that was needed was a little care taken when unloaded off trucks and onto carts and sent to pickup .Home Depot can say maybe it happened at factory or fro m delivery company but I didnt order from them I ordered from Home Depot,so they should have better quality control and warehouse guidelines.
